We are blessed to be located right on the edge of one of the greatest lamb producing regions in the world: the Northern California coast. Lamb produced from San Francisco to the Oregon border will rival France’s famous Normandy coast lamb. California lamb has a fresh, bright, almost sweet flavor. Some lamb can present strong flavors, this never does. The texture is firm and extremely tender.
