Ships Fresh: We cut these steaks and package the burger blends fresh the day we ship out, and once they are received they are good for 4-5 days in your refrigerator or 6-7 months in the freezer.
Grade: The dry aged Ribeye and New York Steaks/Burgers are graded USDA Prime, the top tier of quality in the U.S. The Hanger steaks are graded USDA Choice+. We inspect each primal that moves through our facility to guarantee quality.
Cattle: Our California Reserve Ribeye and New York Steaks/Burgers are cut from Holstein cattle raised in California. Our Hanger steaks come from Angus cattle raised in the Midwest, where the naturally larger muscles work in favor of this cut.
Age: The Ribeye and New York steaks were dry aged for 30-35 days before processing. The Hanger steaks have not been dry aged.
