How We Handle Issues
- Due to the perishable nature of our products, we can’t accept physical returns (nobody wants that)

- Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method you used at checkout
- All approved refunds will be processed within 2 business days of your request
A Word About Shipping Addresses
Please check all shipping addresses carefully before completing your order. We pack your beef with obsessive care and ship it exactly where you tell us to send it. Unfortunately, damage, spoilage, or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses voids our guarantee. Double-check those apartment numbers, building names, and zip codes, we want your beef to end up in your hands, not your neighbor’s.
