Our Rich Burger Blends are for the grillmaster who isn’t afraid of fat, as the blends will range between 25-28% overall fat content. You’ll see slightly more shrinkage with this blend as a result of the higher fat, but you’ll make up for it with a level of flavor that will guarantee a shortage of leftovers. This month’s blend is a mix of 20% Prime Top Sirloin Cap, 25% Choice Chuck, 30% Select Brisket, 25% Choice Filet. These burgers ship out fresh, packaged in one-pound sealed packaged. Minimum quantity is four pounds.
