How to Order
You can place an order with us either online or through the phone. Our number here at the store is 415-472-4488, and we’re available to chat between 9am – 5pm (Pacific Standard Time).
To receive your order the next day, please place the order before 11am (Pacific). Not to say that we haven’t gotten calls at 4pm, which resulted in a order ready for FedEx pickup at 4:30pm (we’re talking to you, Beau). If you find yourself in a beef emergency, give us a call directly and we’ll do everything we can to take care of it.
Depending on the delivery option you select, packages will arrive at your address in 1 to 2 business days. Saturday deliveries have a $15 FedEx Surcharge, which may be run on your card as a separate charge. If your schedule requires delivery on a Monday, the package needs to be shipped on a Saturday via Overnight service (even though the delivery time will be 2 days; as all shipping companies are closed Sundays).
If you’re ordering for a specific event, we strongly advise timing the package to arrive a day or two before – in the case of unforeseen complications during shipping, this gives us the necessary time to deal with any delays. Once arrived, all our products will last 4-5 days in the refrigerator, and almost indefinitely in the freezer.
On a side note, if you’re worried about fridge space, once the package arrives you can use it as a temporary cooler for one to two days – just put a quick note in the ‘comments’ section during checkout if that’s your plan, and we’ll make sure to include a couple extra ice packs.
