A universal roast that lends itself well to a family dinner (make sure you have leftovers for sandwiches), the Club Roast is a versatile and affordable option for a week night meal. The Choice grade will make these roasts leaner than our Prime cuts, and unlike our Prime Roasts, these are not dry-aged, and ship frozen.

What’s up with the Choice club roast? If we are talking about grilling steaks, there really isn’t a comparison between Prime and Choice; but when roasted, the slower/lower cooking method will deliver a tender juicy roast. So we’re happy to offer a leaner yet superb product at a more attractive price point. 


The best method is to roast this cut; start with 15 minutes in a preheated 500 degree oven (fat side down), then flip the roast over and turn oven down to 350 degrees for another 30-35 minutes. Aim for an internal temp of about 110 for medium rare.
