November Burger Blend, Traditional
Our Traditional blends are characterized by their 'average' fat content - between 18-20% fat level. This is close to what you'll find in a supermarket counter, but we switch things up here by blending several different cuts to achieve a more nuanced flavor profile. This month's blend is a mix of 25% Prime Chuck, 50% Prime Top Sirloin, 25% Choice Filet. These burgers ship out fresh, packaged in one-pound sealed packaged. Minimum quality is four pounds.
